Pharmacokinetics of antimicrobials in neonates
Project's status: Completed.
The study aims to describe the pharmacokinetics of frequently used antibiotics in neonates with various gestationa and postnatal age, to explore the achievment of recommended PD indices with current dosing regimens and where feasible to identify optimised dosing regimens for various PMA/ PNA groups.
